General

The Shareholders’ Privilege Card may not be used in conjunction with any other Corinthia offer, Elite Card or any other Corinthia Group discount scheme, employee benefits or ongoing promotions.

The Shareholders’ Privilege Card is non-transferable, may only be used by the registered cardholder, and must be presented along with personal identification.

Only shareholders holding 1,000 or more IHI Ordinary Shares are eligible to apply for the Shareholders’ Privilege Card.

The card does not have an expiry date and will remain valid as long as the holder is still in possession of 1,000 or more IHI ordinary shares.

The card will be automatically terminated should the holder dispose of the investment.

Discounts apply as long as the outlets concerned are operated by a Corinthia Group subsidiary. From time to time some outlets at Corinthia Hotels might be operated under independent management and discount applied, if any, will be at the discretion of the third party operator.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, alter, change or amend the IHI Privilege Card terms and conditions at its own discretion without giving prior notice to the cardholders.

Discount on Food and Beverage Consumption

The 20% privilege reduction on food and beverage consumption applies to a maximum of €200 from the total bill.

All table reservations are subject to availability. Bookings are to be made directly with the restaurant concerned.

The 20% privilege reduction on food and beverage consumption is not available on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and in the event that the outlet is closed for a private function.

Discount at Spas

The privilege reduction cannot be utilised in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and is not valid for retail sales, gift vouchers and packages.

The card must be shown at the time of appointment and the discount is valid for the cardholder only.
