bringing extensive experience gained since joining the Corinthia Group in 1998, where he has held key
governance and administrative roles including Company Secretary of Mediterranean Investments Holding plc, Golden Triangle Plc, various Corinthia Group and IHI entities, and directorships within several subsidiaries. As company secretary he ensures legal compliance, maintains corporate governance, supports the board, and manages statutory records and shareholder
communications. He is also responsible for insurance procurement across Group entities.
