The 58-key Corinthia Lake Como will be built adjacent to the grounds of Italy’s second-oldest golf course in the alpine village of Menaggio. Nestled in the foothills of the Pre-Alps, the development will complement the historic course with a beach club on the lake’s western shore, creating a rare, fully integrated resort in this iconic yet supply-constrained destination. Construction is expected to begin following final planning approvals, with operations targeted for late 2028.
