On 20 February 2025, Corinthia Hotels and Dubai General Properties proudly announced their partnership on a landmark hotel and residential development in the heart of Dubai.

At the centre of this ambitious mixed-use project will be a 102-storey tower poised to rank among the tallest buildings globally, located along Sheikh Zayed Road adjacent to the renowned Museum of the Future.

The property is owned by Dubai General Properties LLC, known for its expertise in real estate ventures throughout the UAE. Corinthia Hotels will contribute its management skills to operate a luxury hotel featuring approximately 120 guest rooms and will also provide branding and services for the luxury residences being developed within the towers.

Dubai General Properties have appointed AtkinsRéalis as lead architect and engineering consultants. 

The project will be managed by Corinthia Group’s QP company, ensuring seamless execution with a targeted completion by 2030.

QP, a multidisciplinary design and project management firm, will provide project and cost management services, as well as design peer review of the structural engineering, building services engineering and interior design.  Renowned for their expertise in delivering world-class, innovative hospitality concepts, QP excels at bringing clients’ visions and aspirations to life through their pioneering project concierge service.

Corinthia Hotels will provide management and expertise to operate the luxury Corinthia Hotel and provide branding and servicing to the luxury residences being developed in the towers.  

 

Showcasing a unique modern architectural design, complemented by a cantilevered sky lobby that extends over 200 meters above the ground and  visible from both the northern and southern facades, this architectural masterpiece will redefine the city’s impressive skyline. 

With a planned total built-up area of 330,000 square meters, the towers will offer breathtaking views of the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline, Burj Khalifa, Burj Al Arab, and Jumeirah Beach. The highlight of the complex will be the world’s highest outdoor sky pool, rising over 500 meters and providing panoramic 360-degree vistas, making the Corinthia Dubai hotel and residences one of the most exciting addresses in the world.

Set to become a global landmark, the new development will feature the luxury Corinthia Dubai, alongside Corinthia-branded serviced penthouses and apartments that boast stunning views and sophisticated interiors. Both guests and residents will enjoy exclusive access to Corinthia Wellness, a state-of-the-art spa. With indoor and outdoor pools, advanced fitness equipment, personal trainers, and a dedicated team of health and wellness experts, this spa will offer an unparalleled experience in Dubai. The development will be easily accessible through four separate entry points, facilitating smooth traffic flow.

The ballroom and event spaces will provide stunning views of Jumeirah Beach, complemented by five restaurants and bars that offer exceptional dining experiences along with expansive sea and city panoramas. The development will feature several rooftop pools, including private options for penthouses and select residences. Additionally, a private members’ club and lush green areas will create a unique urban retreat, promoting improved air quality and overall well-being. This exclusive location blends refined elegance with customized amenities, enhancing both personal and professional lifestyles.
